Tick, tock You're right, it does sound like a clock. There's a banjo on this that I'd forgotten to include in the track info, and one of the strings was buzzing because something had fallen off it. I don't know if that accounts for the offending sounds. One of these days I'll have another go. Really unusual! The guitar work is nice among all those
unusual chords. This feels like watching the world spin
past while sitting inside a bizzare magical clock. Very
creative... really a very interesting song.
The mix could be a bit more balanced. There are a few
bits sticking out and some others that disappear. The
chime strikes are a little piercing. You might consider
cutting some of the high end EQ on that track to smooth
them out a bit. (7-7-8-6)
