Lyrics
I've worn out your shoes I cannot run
You dont have the time thy wont be done
Your not so bright and I'm not so lost
sleeping in sunlight
Im always in late but im willing to try
You don't need to know why

You buy magazines, slippers and lip balm
I roll out the dough thanks to this strong arm
You take it in I suffer and grin
And think of the old days
Chimes in the wind the travellers within
Drink to the old ways
The long grass that grows
Between my toes and i know
I'm still living

This is not the jungle, its not your world
Here is the place where your spirit will come forth or burn
Well i'm not your god and your not my saviour
Were only human
I'm always in late but i'm willing to try
You don't need to ask why
The valleys are green the planets are seen and
what more will help you
A life for a life a wildflower is sewn and now
You are my wife

I a little beatles, a little Mcarthny?
Really like this tune, There is quite a lot of noise on the recording, and I am actually a fan of that! Sounds very real. The only Contructive feedback i can give on this is that i think the intro is to long! Very nice guitarplaying on this. The last verse on the songs really kicks off!! The references in the title i wrote might not be right when i think of it, To me this actually souinds Very original!! Good Work!

Wow
Wow, such a nice thing. Dig your guitar playing a lot, (get the feeling it
would be completely natural to jam along with you (and FUN of course)).

Think your'e a great singer too! Very natural use of voice!

Everything you've posted so far has such superb class ... and in such a
variety of styles. You promise that your'e not a team of professional
musicians pretending to be one just for fun?
:-)

This is super!
I really like this. Reminds me of Crosby, Stills, & Nash.

Yes, a jam with you and Curry would be awesome!

God bless,

Rick

Stills meets Tull at Nickel Creek
What a great combination, the intensity of Steven Stills acoustic guitar
licks, Gentle Giant lyrics, Jethro Tull vocals, the Hollies ability to create
hooks and Nickel Creek musicianship. Delightful, with a sense of
improvisation that is magnetic, a special moment. Wonderful track.

maybe jethro
More like a little Jethro Tull. But having been to see them about 10 times back in the day, that is a compliment. The deep heavy reverb on the harmonies and the warm with which they are recorded is great. You have a great range of styles, a great mix of genres in your uploads.

Hedges meet Hollies
Opening guitar reminds me a lot of Michael Hedges, then there's the Hollies once the vocal comes in. Interesting mix, cool. All the best to you!!!!
