Lyrics
feel so bad, for the things ive done
I never ment to do it, but did it anyway
I never meant to walk the line
I never meant for it to go to far
we are not the ones that you think that we are

There are things i wish undone
Things i hope you wouldnt say
sometimes i my blood is cold
and some other time i pray
I am not the one that you think that i am

all regrets, i always left behind
sometimes i wonder, will i ever learn
I should have learned, instead i laughed
And told the others, they should unwind
They are not the ones that i think that they were

There are things i wish undone
Things i wish i didnt say
sometimes i my blood is cold
and some other time i pray
I am not the one that I think that i am

Nice
I really liked the previous version of this and I really like this, as well.
Lovely additions, especially the piano (although it could've used a little
better recording).
A lovely listen.

Hey, selters,
this has a nice, live ensemble feel, like some middle Dylan or Harvest-
era or On The Beach era Neil Young...

I like the double-tracked stereo harmonica, and the whisper-trace of
out-of-tune-ness that sort of 12-string-ifies the whole mix...

I hadn't heard this song before. It's nice. Some nice lyrics in there...
Believe I've lived a few of them...

There's a nice feel to this collaboration...

Hey, selters,
AND, on re-listening, I love the whomp of those big first bass notes when they
come in... really nice...

Ed again

Live Feel
Rough but ready, with the dobro it was sounding like an early
California country rock song. I love the way you start out so low key
and then kick it up a notch on the chorus. I do love the addition of the
dobro by the way. Very nice licks! Very nice job on the lyrics as usual.
Overall another great Selters song!

I like all the frilly bits...
...but at the core, it's a great song no matter what you add to it. A great
remix.

emotion of the selters
it's got that mellow selters sound i'm used to. woah you kick into some emotion i'm not used to coming from you i love that. the chorus has got some feeling. do i head some whistling in the back ground? or maybe that's the keyboard/synth. i like how the emotion near the end seems to quiet down and it uses going from loud to soft nicely there.
