Reminds me of...
Jane Siberry, and then Jane's Addiction...some connection, maybe?

I actually like both Janes, so this is a good comparison, for me, BTW. Good singing.

Would've been nice to have the lyrics, as I couldn't understand some of the words. I need to listen closer, I guess.

heh actually I'm not familiar with either of those artists. I've heard of Jane's addiction but don't have too much idea what they sound like..

yea I've been trying to post some lyrics but everytime I do that it gives me some error. this site does some pretty weird things for me... heh

Explosion of mind
I love the way this song starts with a multi-voiced chorus,
like thoughts flying out of your mind slightly beyond your
control. The music has a compelling stream-of-
consciousness sense yet is also mainstream folk-rock-alt.
Your stereoized guitar strumming is wonderful. Your
heartfelt performance is thrilling. Then, as the track
unfolds, its as if you give us 2 songs in 1. The vocal
counterpoint at the end of your Part 2 song is so cool.
This is truly an epic song. (Is there any way of cleaning up
the hiss from your guitar, or at least keep it from gating in
and out during your coda at the end?) Wow. This is a
marvelous track.

Explosion of mind
hey wow that's exactly the feeling I was trying to express in the beginning, I'm really glad it came across. The gating near the end, are you talking about the auto volume? I added that in for special effect, lol. anyhow, thanks for the encouraging words
