Hi.....
This is indeed a great start. I look forward to how this develops.

At this early stage of the production I would not want to add anything that may detract from where you seem to be going with this.

Take care.

Paul

Thank you!
Hi Paul...thank you so much for commenting! I appreciate your words. Yeah, that's what I find hard sometimes is when the foundation is layed down, to find that little "extra" something to bring it to new heights. It'll get there though, thanks to people like you, stopping in and giving me feedback and such wonderful advice. Thank you again.

sounds great
perhaps some words or some more solo parts, but it has the making of something. I like that brake down at the end, maybe stick one of those in the middle. Who am i? It is a catchy piece i could see myself jiving to it. Thanks again Tracy.

Thank YOU!
Yes...it needs something, doesn't it? I like the flow but feel it needs something to break up the monotony maybe? The very end? Yeah, I like that idea, I'm going to try that. Thanks Tokai!

my two cents
I really liked the variations in the middle. This is almost finished as it is and pretty well done.
As far as adding different patterns, I would go for some electric guitar... some ambient synth could be cool too.

Thanks for sharing.

Two Cents
thank you for your two cents Fabien. I wish I did have some electric guitar to add in here, that would be an awesome awesome addition, I agree - perhaps I can wrap my hands around some ambient synth though. I'll keep playin with it a bit.

Great stuff
It sounds like a perfect piece for some ending credits, or maybe a montage of sorts. It might be a little repetitive but that's what makes it so catchy I think. It has great productions values, everything fits together nicely. Thanks for sharing!

Good start
I should try some pads to get it flowing, and maybe a violin or some synth sounds.
Test little different sounds/instrument.. It's a very uplifting tune so-far.

Peace

I'm thinkin' the synth sounds will work very nicely with this as well. Thank you for your encouraging feedback Kenta! It is very much appreciated.

Fun!
I like this, it's very unique, and has a neat and fun sound quality to it. It is repetitive, but you can definitely offset that with another instrument with a free-flowing melody for ex. I was thinking strings could work, but I'm sure there are a lot of different ways you could approach this. Quirky is a word that comes to mind when I listen to this; whatever you do, I hope you keep the quirky spirit that makes this neat!

I
will tell you what, the tempo and acoustic drive is fantastic. If there was a vocal hook in there somewhere this would be a cool lounge dancer.
TracyVosh said 3862 days ago (January 19th, 2009)
Nice
Thanks Boss! I wasn't quite sure of this one but you guys have all made me want to really take it to the next level. Thank you again for stopping in.

thetiler said 3861 days ago (January 20th, 2009)
cool galloping sounds
I was almost anticipating a nice cute vocal on this with a hit pop sound. But this has a nice running feel and airiness!

Thanks for sharing

Guitar
The slapping sound of the acoustic guitar in the beginning is awesome. Also, as a fan of droning type stuff, I liked this a lot. Also.. the length of the song is just right, not too long or short.. enough to get all your changes in without it getting boring. Good job.

Cinematic
I like the very much, yes a bit repetitive but that is normal for this genre.
I spent three seasons playing in a pit band, and your works bring back memories of those years! Great Job . . .

Hmmmm...I guess you'll just have to listen to get the full scoop. I don't really know how to play any instruments so my music compilations mainly consist of loops, chopped, smothered and diced in an effort to create my own sound gravy (as much as I c... [see more]
