Just got the Korg EMX-1. This is the first thing I've attempted. Nothing fancy, as I've never used any sort of analogue machines like this one before. Also, being that this is new the mix isn't too grand. Feel free to comment, etc!

Pretty good jam here... the three bass notes were groovy, but got a little repetative after a while (nothing a little chord change-up can't fix). I liked the skittering beat and all the bleeping decorations as well. Reminds me of a remix I did of fellow MacJammer EccentrikAmerika's tune: http://www.macjams.com/song/25478

for checking it out. This one's now a bit "old" and I had little clue as to what I was doing with my new toys haha. But again, I'm glad that you enjoyed it! I very well may go back and add some changes and make it a little less repetitive.

Experimental music is any music that challenges the commonly accepted notions of what music is. There is an overlap with avant-garde music. John Cage was a pioneer in experimental music and defined and gave credibility to the form. As with other edge
