Enjoyed this very much
I love CD's prelude, La Mer, and this work especially. I am biased in that I love the minimal impressionisms of the piano version... but you have done remarkably well to reproduce it electronically. I think this instrumentation would work for Satie's Gymnopodies too!

minimal impressionisms
I by far prefer the original piano version! Some folks just don't hear music unless it is somehow modernized however... I'm trying to make an album of such music to hopefully influence people (children) to learn more about classical music. It is a sadly neglected part of our culture.

I approve
of electronic versions of classics, very much. I've done a few myself, including this one! This is really good. Brilliant eerie atmosphere you've created with the voices you've used. Nice!

Fine rendition
Just noticed this version of the Cathedral. It's much different from davjonah's and mine, all synthesized, and each quite distinct in feel. Remarkable too that Debussy's music remains haunting with widely varied treatments. Enjoyed it very much.
