I Know

How long can you chase horizons?
Is what you wanted on the other side?
Did you find your browner pastures?
How long can you live on pride?
Your foreign castles weren’t so big
I turned the welcome mat over
Left a light on in the window
front and back
The gardens full of violets and clover

I know you’ve run so far away
And now you’re here to stay
Today hey
I know you’ve run so far away
Now your heart says to stay
Now baby

Now you’re back from never never land
Every day life doles you out a different hand
Wait and see what your seeds may bring
A harvest rich in all the things you did
Now’s the time to re evaluate
Things of value before it’s too late
Seasons come and seasons go
Don’t be late for the show

What did the voice in the clouds say?
Did sun streak spell out your name?
Did the voice say, don’t be afraid now
It’s gonna be a better day

cool song
You sure can write a nice song and you sing really good also. This sounds like a hit to me and I can hear it playing on the radio easily. Great job. Enjoyed!

Every time I look up there in a new Frank tune! You don't rest much. Usual superb production and great musicianship, you have a comfortable niche carved out and this is right in the groove.
The keys on your tunes do a lot of work. Great job on writing parts to support your leads and vocals. I'm not sure I am liking the eq on the vocals again, but that's probably just me.
Thanks for posting Frank, you really raise the bar at MJ.

nice GTR solo
The highlight for me was definitely the very groovy guitar solo. This is a very mainstream tune, not really prog, but it also has a real Asia feel, so I get the choice. Thanks for continuing to share you music here. Love your guitar work.

Great arrangement
I like all the background instruments and the doubled vocals. Big, full sound. Fadeout works well. Guitar playing? Well, needless to say....
