Great production!!!
This song is right on--instruments, vocals, mix are all terrific! And the song itself has a powerful (dare I say--a "boss") hook.

Hi John
I've always dug your song sense... something very seasoned about the way that you approach everything that I've heard you do... I'm sort of a whiskey fan... folks assume that I'm a spiritual guy, so they wouldn't guess as much... good wine and good whiskey are two of my subjective proofs that there is a God... that aside... I know I'm not the most active person on these sights anymore... but everything I've ever heard you do is so consistent... this is no exception...

I will point out that as a happily married man, I don't mix my whiskey with girls or ice...

Guitars, Guts & Girls!
John, I can't believe I didn't post a comment earlier on this. Oh, wait... I did... just not here. Women and whiskey... which is the lesser evil? (Hey, MJ girls, just a joke!) The ending is still cutting off... dang. But liek all your stuff, polished but with guts and always great guitars and vocals for me ot latch onto.

A shot before the show
Hey, John, I just stopped by to get a shot of Whiskey, and get primed to see you and the band live at Elbo tomorrow night. It's good to be back in Chicago (and MJ, where I've been out of commish for a while).
