Description
Pretty standard love song. A bit on the cheesy side. I didn't spend a ton of time on the tracks themselves. I was just shooting for a "vibe".

Lyrics
Sittin’ here all alone
Just the way I like to be
Workin’ out my secret plans
By the pale blue light of an old tv

From a place where I might storm your castle walls
A knight in sleepy armor Who probably won’t do much at all
(won’t do much at all)

So it seems that you’ve got my heart
Locked up deep inside your jail
So as subterfuge, I’ll send a new deluge
Of red, red roses baby, to throw you off my trail

Then when you’re not lookin’ out
I’ll be busy breakin’ out
And catch you unaware

And despite all my resolutions
I’ll keep fighting these quiet revolutions
From my chair

Now it seemed to me that a new regime
Was the order of the day
And so I sent, My heart to represent, these thoughts
And you simply locked it away

Now I thought I’d figured out
What you were all about
And you were comin’ up for air

And now there’s no negotiation
Regarding this situation
And these quiet revolutions from my chair

But there will come a time, when we’ll cross some line
Drawn in the sand
And I will be letting go, so before I go
Please understand

There’s gonna’ come a day, when you
Drop your guard and hesitate
And I’ll come stormin’ in to make the most my friend
Of your big mistake

But you’ll always have the advantage
Cuz’ I’m hopelessly romantic just the same
And you’ll shut me down w/ that cold, cold stare

But I’ll keep on fighting these quiet resolutions
From my chair.
