The Sermon of St. Francis to the Fish (take 7)

Description
I was reading a history of Germany when I came across mention of a painting by the Swiss symbolist painter Arnold Bocklin (1827-1901). The name of the painting was St. Francis's Sermon to the Fish. Unfortunately, I've been unable to find a copy of the picture, so I tried to depict it in music.

St. Francis
An inspired work. This would be a wonderful project for a video presentation. The use of bells is elegant and the harp/piano enunison segments are divine... a lot like Francis.

Applause
Wonderful, vividly dramatic music....superb and extremely impressive score. Best I've heard in this idiom in quite some time now--keep up the fantastic work!

Fantastic!
I like the frightful feeling around 4:30 but then it leads to hope with beautiful serenity.
Awesome work!

Sigh!
So nice to hear new music in the classical tradition that inspires emotion, is consonant, and enjoyable to listen to. Much of 20th century serious music is perhaps logical and theoretically sound, but not ear-pleasing. A very dramatic sound painting here. Bravo!

Wow!
Keith...that is very "soulful" and to me, it sounds like a heavenly orchestra, or at least, like liturgical music. I'm impressed by your composing. Thank you.

The music video to this tune has been posted at The Sermon of St. Francis to the fish.

In it, I used the inspirational poem that Tom Atwood provided.

Thanx to him.
