This is a tiny little silly slip of a thing. As many of you know, I've been learning my way around Logic Express and Miroslav Philharmonk. I've also been sick in bed with a sinus thingy for the past few days and was starting to get a bit stir crazy by this morning.
Kate and I have been watching a BBC documentary series called "Wild China" and there was a great little episode about the Snub Nosed Monkeys (pictured above) which are Kate's *favorite* primates. She has also recently decided she likes the bassoon. So......long story to say - I was feeling a little better this morning, got a burst of energy and started goofing around on my keyboard and playing in Logic and this is what came of it. lol....just a bit o'fun. Enjoy.
Oh - and "Boon" is the abbreviated name I inadvertently typed when naming my bassoon tracks so it stuck.

welcome back to the land of the living (more or less). i'm sure you looked long and hard for the photo :). ok SERIOUSLY, great experimentation in the quest to get the upper hand with miro/logic. i love the miro bassoon, and i think "boon" is what they should be called as a matter of course. terrific tune - what's next??
