Songbird's Dilemma

Get Flash to see this player.

Here's a project from awhile ago that I dropped and picked back up. I'm submitting a lot of old stuff nowadays to get it out of the way. This melody is the main theme for January, a series of novels I'm writing that will hopefully become movies. Big sounds in here. Might be clipping. Enjoy & critique. Thanks!

Trivia: Have you heard of the psychological term, "the hedgehog's dilemma?" This is related.

The photos from all my songs so far have been taken and edited by me. I like photography.

I usually don't
have that much energy in January.... Time to lay low....

Nice dance track. Maybe a tad loud.

Thank you all!
I'll do an omni-reply this time since I have a question to which none of you are likely to respond since MacJams doesn't seem fond of discussions on song threads (at least MY song threads, buhuhuuu), but maybe someone will buck the trend.

Vic and Michael, you both seemed to enjoy the dance elements of the song. Gaylen, you seemed to grasp the "big picture." Everyone, tell me truly: Would this make more sense without all the flamboyant choirs and strings? I'm working on a stripped-down techno/breakbeat/d&b version.
