The Hunt
well done - I would be interested to know what software you are using to record, and is this written for something specific - or put another way what do you do with all those symphonies that you have written? Have you ever had one performed live?

Sorry for all the questions - I really enjoyed your work - thanks for sharing -

Thanks Sig
I have worked with orchestras but I am a little particular! I need a set of musicians that can play well! I have the feeling that I shall never live long enough to here it done so...
I use Sibelius 5 with EWSOQL platinum play edition and record direct. I then post produce with Adobe Audition 3. My symphonies are shelved for now while I deal with what's in my head at the moment. Thay are all finished and I even have a couple more finished in my head but I don't have enough time to write them down for now! Anyway, I'm off to have a listen on your page and will leave feedback for you my friend.
Thanks again

Christopher: Nice to meet you. You have a good touch with this genre. Check out the work of André van Haren. You guys are on the same page. He uses Sibelius 5.

I also have Sibelius 5 (Mac) with EWQLSO Gold. I am having trouble setting up custom sound sets. I am trying to use the guide written by Jonathan Loving. How did you get Platinum set up on your machine?

Thanks Lardo
I set up quite easily. The key was to put the files on a drive with lots of room. This facilitates a quicker record function.

Your handling of the strings is without peer. This one is special because you feature in the piano and brass a bit. I love the fact that you can re-visit the themes that you established in earlier pieces. The emotional differences between the pieces are evident.
