Description
A little breath of the Icy North as fall dies and winter begins creeping in. This piece has elements from around the world, as our experience in defying the cold, and surviving to see the return of the sun is a universal human story. All performances by me.

Very well played and said, I like especially the cavernous voices evoking the hidden sun. :)

Thanks a lot
Taking the breath choral work was challenging. after a while either the beat or the lack of oxygen makes one light headed. I can see how trance states come of it.

Very cool
A celtic feel to this, methinks. Soundtrack material, it could be, for a fantasy epic.

Nice, as is most of your work. I've taken a download, thanks.

Yeah.
There are some celtic scales in here, masked off into other instruments. Good ear!

This was quite thrilling!
You introduce some unexpected elements in this that immediately caught my fancy and kept it at a high level throughout Adam. Boy, I loved this one--we need to get you out to Hollywood to write film scores, but really, I don't need to see the images when I listen to work like this. Great job! Full marks. Michael

Loved it?
Awesome, I really wasn't too sure about posting this one. The breath chorus is an extremely abrasive sound to a lot of people.

Production.
I hear this a lot, and yet I have NO idea what any of those buttons an functions mean or actually DO. I just balance it all out by ear until I'm pleased. Not bragging mind you, I just wished I knew more. maybe i can audit a class or something.

Over active brain.
I have a nice work schedule, so chances are that when i start humming some random bit to myself i'm not too far away from the computer. it only takes a moment or two to lay down the basic idea, then I just revisit it later.

this one too
incredible. especially your breath work, really adding to the universality of the piece and concept. i also really like your use of panning in this piece, adding to the circular motion of the piece.

Wendigo
Is the name for a spirit/ condition that affects native populations in the deep of winter. It causes an insatiable hunger and drives people to cannibalism. I thought of the long dark night of the arctic north and what might prowl around the windows and doors while the sky burns overhead.
