A long time ago I posted the “studio” version of this song with vocals by Nuclear Chicken, and it received some positive comments. Recently I was throwing away old cassette tapes and stumbled across a rehearsal version of this song without vocals, and I thought it had more energy than the studio version. I thought I’d post it for kicks.

WARNING: the audio quality is not great. We used to put up two mics in the middle of our rehearsal space to capture all the instruments. I tweaked it a bit in GB, but…

SVL was a band I played drums in during the early 90’s The picture is a flyer from one of our gigs. I only wish we found the success that some of the bands we played with did!

Sounds very Lower east side to me Murphy's Law very cool miss those days! I think the recording came out great I used to use the recorder on my boom box in the middle of the basement we used to jam in ! anyway great song!

do with a killer guitar riff in the higher register just screaming across it in parts......beyond me but someone could do it....

Thanks for posting this. The Offspring should have stolen it.... it's a lot better than their early sh*t. Very tight. I'd like to hear the vocal version too!
