Lyrics
Sitting in the back of this car wondering if I’m ever going to get there.
Watching these trees in my mind they move so slow
Wish I could jump out this window and walk this road on my own
Feel the sun, on my back
The heat of the road rising up through my soul
Someday I may find ill be back on track
Someday I may find the end to all this road
I look out this window now and this road I see before me
And this road I see, is no longer against me
Somehow it showed me the way this place that I see

Feel the sun, on my back
The heat of the road rising up through my soul

Someday I may find, I’m a little off track
Someday I may find I’m walking again on this road

Nice addition Robert
a better mix too, I really like this song, are you familiar with Matt Kierny? He's a Christian Artist, your voice and style remind me a lot of him, really nice song dude!Love your voice.

You
have the authentic sound of an itinerant folk singer. May we all find our way. Thanks.

Find your way
Lovely piece, really folky. Love the simplicity which is what the challenge is all about. Excellent well done

Road song
Hi Robert. Didn't catch the original recording but I'm glad I caught up with this version. Nice relaxed folk sound and the lyrics speak of the classic road weary traveller. Well done. Take care, Peter.

Nice Addition
Liked the first version and the guitar track adds to it nicely. Thinking that some strings in the background might be worth thinking about?

Good one. Enjoyed.

I have to agree
with Andrew here this is what I was hoping to hear in this challenge. I also heard a 90s grunge acoustic edge -- I love that era :-D this is great dude if I sang like this maybe my wife would let me!
