Hi Cat.... I like the format of this song and the backing synths are well thought out and work very, very well. The singing is perfect for the backing or the backing is perfect for the singing. Whichever came first. Each song that you both put together is a world of experience and I for one never know what to expect out of the 'box of chocolates'.
