Phoenix rain storm, etgiles vocals, bob dorsey synthi and me jabbering on about someing thru a vocoder....blended....and you end up with this gothik soundbed

another one 'redoscovered' on the trawl thru the hard drives....this one was done around about the time i remixed FEA's 'No Helicopters'...and contains the synth like from that song...along with recorded rain from a phoenix storm and one of the original components from the SISCOM GURU series of songs

A couple of aliens
having a phone conference? Monks gathering in a cave and holding a typing contest? Fire burning in an amp store?

Bizarre soundscapes. Freaky almost. But really cool. Great work!

I think
the Gregorian monks are sing songing their way through a putt putt golf game as planes fly overhead. As interesting as it gets. And as challenging to decipher. Thanks.

Connect the dots
Moody textures in an ambient atmosphere. Like the vocoder, makes me think of futuristic movies.

Thank you for letting me download :)

Glad you caught this in the trawl
It's almost like a polyrhythmic muti-themed mix that tells at least 3 stories in parallel, and they feed off each other to make each one more than it was on its own. This is hard to put into words, since to me the various strands kind of stand alone, and yet act as contrasts and supports to each other depending on the timing. Very cool. I'm glad you kept it going as it repetition helps with really cementing the overall feeling tone in place. The wind down was unexpected and made things all the more interesting (I thought you would repeat and fade).

Thanks for this one. Gothink indeed.
