First notes brough me in... I check out the 'Music' tab every couple days, listen to everything and sometimes comment on stuff I like. Withing the first half dozen notes, I clicked through to the song. This is awesome. The overall mood is so dark and driving. I don't normally like a lot of lead guitar playing over everything, but in this case I like it very much. You never get wanky. That would turn me right off. You keep it tasteful. Please don't ever change that aspect of what you do. I love all the groove changes, and each one makes me move. This is ace. Yeah, I said 'ace'. This is it. So I said it. Favourited... Yeah Kick-ass Cool man. A challenging and interesting listen. Good mix of sounds and some tight playing. Killer guitar sounds and a thick driving mix. This is nicely done modern progressive, with an influential nod to Dream Theater and the like. In my mind the long build at the mid point of the song (3min) seemed to drag a bit and I was wishing for a more intense climactic payoff. Having said that, the section at the (4 min - 5 min) mark was the most interesting part of the song. Good stuff. Check out my latest song called Close Call

Song titles Hahaha. I was just kidding around with my Pacino comment on Scarface. Titles? Eh, titles usually don't mean much in instrumental pieces. Just a way to keep the tunes sorted. Riffs. perhaps I red it incorrectly but there is no denying those eyes. Nor is there any denying the solid/quirky strut here... When all was done and said, I gave up counting and allowed the doppler to go from blue to red, as the chords stretched through my head. Love the sliding descent at 4:14. Hi Doug I like guitar, but I think I will take up drums after my next reincarnation. They're too much fun, and can give a tune a completely different feel with some small variations.
