Carols New and Old - A Virgin Unspotted

I've been delving into the historical Christmas Carol book "Christmas Carols New and Old". It is by John Stainer and Henry Bramley. Published in 1871, it is often credited as one of the early collections that kept the old English Christmas carol from falling into disuse. There are several Victorian carols that were written at the time of publication, but there are many old carols, too. I'm arranging some of these carols for different instrumentation. This first posting is a handbell arrangement of "A Virgin Unspotted" I'd originally arranged it for my 6th grade bell players, but then realized that the title is a bit uncomfortable for those students. I went ahead and did a more complex arrangement for my own satisfaction, and arranged "Good King Wenceslaus" for the kids. This is written for a two octave bell or chime choir. If you'd like a pdf copy of it for your own bell choir, I can send it to you via email. I arrange everything in Finale, then drop the midi file into garageband for detail work. The illustration is from the book, which has been digitized, and is online.
