Do You Like This Horse

Description
I wrote this song when I was five years old--everybody in my family sings it at Christmas. It is the only children's song I know of actually written by a child. I've known a couple of preschool teachers in my life and kid's actually do respond to this song and it has become a tradition (in Maine anyway). I hear they sometimes do rounds where the kids substitute things they like. If I died tomorrow I'm glad I got this on the air; or even if I don't die. I hope if someone here has a kid and they hear it and like it; that's amore! Any teachers out there? Use it.

Lyrics
Do you like this horse?
Do you like this horse?
I do, I do
Do you like this horse?
Do you like this horse?
I do; do you?

Do you like this house?
Do you like this house?
I do, I do
Do you like this house?
Do you like this house?
I do; do you?

Do you like me, too?
Do you like me, too?
I do, I do
Do you like me, too?
Do you like me, too?
I do; do you?

Repeat horse.

When I was a little kid, early on a Saturday morning, my clock radio came on, and it was perpetually tuned to world-famous KRLA AM radio, and Johnny Burnette's "You're Sixteen" started playing, with that thrilling violin intro. I almost came out of m... [see more]
