Wonderful and dramatic evening!
Can imagine the Casino Drama and life's turns in the drop of the dice. The Mississippi is now a major Player in the Playing Fields and this depicts it's history fabulously. My man!

The Mighty Mississippi
Harald, just a block from where I live is a park where I often walk my dog. Right through the middle of it runs a creek that is part of the Mississippi--I always think that's kind of neat that I have that great river as part of my neighborhood. This would make an excellent accompaniment to some of Mark Twain's wonderful writings. Beautiful work here and thanks for sharing it! Hope you are doing well, Michael

a 'big' sound.... I don't know how you do it Harald, but i'm glad you do..... and the space between the instruments too...... makes for wonderful listening experience; as though the world is going on all around us as we sit and observe mentally...... love it, regards M

The THX intro!!!
A small symphony of contrasts and multi-layered conversation. Ohhh...Those bass notes at around 2:00 are really something! This is a mysterious piece and demands a storyline to put it into perspective. Of course, each listener could supply his or her own, but I wonder what YOU think about it. .. Glad I got to hear this, however.

Ole Mississip'
A far grander appraisal of the river than one might expect. I'm so used to the New Orleans jazz take on river life. This is soooo much better. It's the way I might think of the ancient Nile at night. Huge soundscape.
