Description
About a man who keeps promising everybody he'll do this and that, but tomorrow. Then he loses his son.

This is take 2 of this song. It was suggested to me that the vocals wasn't up to par so I completely re-recorded the vocal track and also did a slight re-mix. Also I changed the song genre...

The picture is a statue in wood, actually a man hanging by one hand looking at the sunset. It's in Prague.

Lyrics
My heart is full of empty
My head is full of You

Got wind in my hair
Clouds in the air
It's a lonely affair
The hills are all bare

Sitting in the grass just painting a kite
I'm all in the dark but the colour is bright
Gotta get the kite ready for the first flight
Gotta get the kite flying 'cause here comes the night

It will ascend
I can't amend
I won't pretend
It's time for my end

My heart is full of empty
My head is full of You

better in some ways, not so in others
The sound of your voice is better on this one and the levels are good, but the rhythm of your singing seems quite off from the music, particularly during the "full of empty" chorus parts. I like how you stretch out the words there but you're getting off tempo.

Other than the voice tempo issue it's a nice improvement. It's good to hear your voice more clearly.

Thanks again! Hmm... i was trying to get a sort of "heartbroken" feeling to it,
but maybe You're right that it's too off. I'll try messing around with it some
more...
Anyone else agree that it's too off?

I wonder...
if a better category would be Alternative/ Indie? Seems
like you can get away with more unusual vocal patterns
there. The timing didn't really bother me- it almost
sounds like you speak a language other than english and
are singing phonetically. Personally, I think it sounds kind
of cool.

I wonder...
Thanks, maybe You're right... I find it immensley hard to label my own
songs... I did change the genre per Your suggestion. As for the foreign touch,
Sweden isn't just Abba, Ace of base and Roxette ;-)

Very Unique, enjoy the acousic's, sounds kinda like a New Age Reggae, dance hall sound. Underlying effects maybe not my style, but fit well with you're song. Dreamy then sort of industrial. Middle rap sounds great, Good work! -HGB

Thanks! I needed that. Voting started out fine but my points really seem to go
downhill :-( I think I'll try something more traditional as my next musical
endevour.

Best,
