Description
I love country swing when it crosses over with blues. This is another experiment with different styles of music that have influenced me over the years . I'm not really much of a piano player but I do like to boogie when I get the chance. This started with a piano track over click and I built from there. Thanks for listening ... I know it's not everyones cup of tea...
Oh ... and I'm just being silly with my attempt at a retro 50's vocal track.

Yeah me too!
I really didn't get into country-swing until a bit later (Spade Cooley was one of the best in that line and there are many more). Of course, I'd say one of the major highlights here is that vocal of yours--it is so right in the pocket; you sound great and you do it right Stan. I know you are always welcoming suggestions, but sheesh, I rarely can find anything I'd want to improve in your work. This was excellent (and semi-amazing for me because I still don't know HOW you do these things!) All solid--song 'n' all! You made me smile tonight--thanks again, this goes on my portable player immediately! Michael

Happy tune
That's a happy tune.. I'm sure this would have been a great hit back in the 50's :)) It sure brought a smile to my face, thanks for that! Love Heidi

Smooth as silk, Stan. It all just slides along. The vocal works for me (although I might have brought it a touch more forward). As expected, beautifully skilfull playing. Love the harp! Once again, added to my SG collection!

This is fun, and beautifully recorded. I like the solo at 3.12. It has real presence and leads nicely into the next section.

We are having the dream Cruise down
Woodward Ave. here today. This track and the car in the pic would go well there. Love it. My only nit is your vox should be on top more. Very hard to hear. Love the song!

Excellent! For some reason it reminds me of one of my favorites, Cherokee Boogie....

Really nice retro tune.
The guitars a classic. The whole thing rock-a-billies. The fifties are back. I could hear Jerry Lee Lewis doing this one.
