Juno tells a tale

 Genre: New Age

It's December 20th just before midnight - so the world might be set to end! Here is a nice electronic piece - Juno tells a Tale. Maybe there is still hope for us yet. Features 2 warm virtual analog synths (ZebraCM and Tal-Uno) and a nice Buchlaish synth (Aalto). The formant filters make me think that someone is speaking a language I don't understand and desperately trying to communicate.

Fascinating sunds you get in this. Gentle drums keep it together and allow experimentation with the sounds. Good one!

Thanks for listening
This was a fun one. Just 4 tracks but put a lot of time into the patches. Thanks for the comments on the drums - they are a challenge for me and I actually banged this one out on drum pads with a brush kit. Hoped it remained subtle but interesting enough. The synths are nice on this one. The ZebraCM (free with Computer Magazine) and Tal-U-No (Juno clone hence the title) are great to work with. I used a BitFilter2 on the Juno for its formant sound. The FM synth with the bell type sounds is Aalto - another favorite.

The tune is very pleasant. A nice break from all the doom and gloom. Thanks for that.
