Minor players in the Theatre of Hate

I wrote a song about a bully in a playground recently. This is the follow up which is following the bully as he has grown up and gained some power in the world.
His tactics while more sophisticated are still following the 'I'm bigger than you' mentality of his youth.

The cat pounces so gracefully
It's prey meets its demise
Is it only the weak who bleed
To the masculine power lies

Fragments hide in shadows
cloaked and daggered promising so much
Yet only minor players
in the theatre of hate

The smug playground thug stakes his claim
Asserts his will on the fragile
Later to morph into business men
Only for the same rules to apply.
