the octave notes picked me up from the start. this grooves in all kinds of ways. completely dug it.
as cool as it was, i think the organ solo almost got a bit out of control, though. not distorted, but a bit loud--despite it being the showcase spot. doesn't change the fact that this was sweet as hell.

Tasty Stuff
Glad I found ya! Enjoyed your piece here.
That first change lifted the proceedings... the listening you have done is evident. Nice choices and the chords have interesting voices. Production kudos for certain. Great job getting the vintage vibe.
Now for nits? Guitar solo is cliche? Lead into and out of the variations. Sweeter pitch variation on the bends and vibrato if your gonna play Les Paul sounds. Not to take away from the strong tone and determination with which you attacked the thing. Might sing those parts as you play them and build the solos so the transitions smooth out.

Nice groove...
...and excellent playing. The bass / organ counterpoint is particularly pleasing (though the organ is a bit biting to my ears, though not too loud). I love the jazzy chords, too (e.g. at around 3:08 and 3:28). This was a very pleasant quasi-jazz number to listen to. Thank you for sharing it here.
