Goin' Down

This is a one take made up on the spot live jam... Rob just started doing the repetitious bass groove and off we went. I played my godin acoustic through a roland overdrive peddle and fender hot rod amp ... some delay and chorus. I added an organ track and some vocal effects.
I doubled parts of my vocal and dropped it an octave for the deep sounding vocal. I also used the radio effect on my main. It's dirty and greasy and raw... ! We are all open to feedback on the mix.
Groove Hounds are ...
Stan Gadziola - Guitar, organ, vocals, mix
Donnie MacNeil - Drums. beer
Rob George - Bass, gearhead

and thanks Peter and KCsGROOVE for your previous comment on the one I deleted....

You guys are having too much fun! This doesn't have the tight structure of many of your other songs, but it has the raw energy of real muscos strutting their stuff. Very cool, Stan!

One take, made up on the spot?
I'm not sure I like you anymore ;-)

Groovy work Stan. A little different from your recent posts in the effects usage. All fits together really well.

Some of the best rockers
Are made on the spot. I'm digging the sound your getting from your Godin. The delay fits perfectly. The additions afterwards bring this to the next level. Thuroughly enjoyed.
