As my first post, after being somewhat quiescent for almost a year, I would like to dedicate this piece to Harold Luper (along with Dlorah, 4nglo and others I may have missed): Rest In Peace Harold.

A Hymn For Us All
Welcome back, Richard. Sad times need music to remind us of life ongoing. A fitting, multi-layered tribute. Thanks, Peter.

Welcome back
And you've posted a beauty sir, so it was worth the wait. I love the patient build up and the voxy synths sitting on top of the swirling pads are right up my aural street. A hymn for us all. Poignant and reflective. Much kudos to you on creating such a lovely piece.

ah! There you are. Glad you are back and we do appreciate dedicating the song to Harold. when I first joined I met him as Rocha Malhada. One day in chat, I was grumbling about the fact that I did not have a midi keyboard. Harold offered to give me the one he rarely used. A couple of hours later I was sitting in his now legendary garage/man-cave. He would like your song... I do.

Peaceful tribute...
What I like most about this track is the quiet and measured pacing of it. It strikes me as a lengthy meditation: serious and deep-reaching. The atmosphere you've created is quasi-Gothic and definitely prayerful. Thank you for posting this wonderful tribute for all to hear and enjoy.
