Each Passing Mile (An Experimental Ambient Mix)

Description
This is a basic Ambient mix with at least four layers of 'movement' comprising musical sounds and other, random, accidental sounds. I've left everything as it occured so the mix stands or falls on the idea of travel, jet lag, waking at the wrong hour of the day or night, watching programs that you saw in English with Arabic subtitles (think Keeping Up Appearances (with Mrs Bucket))... It's basically jet lag on steroids, or not... A profusion of confusion in 'Now' of your experience...

Pretty cool stuff
I get cinematic space ambient vibes here. Would work excellent in any of all the space series produced by or at least delivered through Netflix and such these days...

I like it :-)

Thanks and take care,
Henke

Hi Henke...
I don't watch Netflix so will take your word about it. It is noce to know though...
I'm still producing many mixes every day whilst I learn things again. Expect lots more varied mixes over the next little while... I upload some different stuff to iComps, to vary things, if you wanted to listen to those too...
Take care.

This is VERY cool.
I like just about everything you've done with this soundscape, Paul. The little "buzz" that cooks along underneath everything else is really nice. THAT is like a cello on steroids. All of the other sounds and shimmers you've added to the basic drone are subtle and so nicely-placed. One of your more "careful" compositions. Very much liked listening to it.

Hi Paul...
You hit the nail on the head with my 'careful' mixes... I still have problems with remembering what I used to do and the way I used to do things... Sometimes my attention is not 100% on what I'm doing but I don't realise every time... I hope to perfect my workflow over the next little while and even venture into a little bit of classical work as this year progresses...
Take care.

Hi Doug...
I still become lost in my mixes when finishing them off... If I do I know that the mix is almost ready to upload rather than abandon...
Take care.
