If You Can Hang On by Outtaorbit

Description
Pat's lyrics, vocals and a 3 string guitar.
Pat (Outtaorbit) and I have done quite a bit of songs together and we always feel good about them when their done so that we can move on for awhile and then do another one later on. The trend is that we tend to allow the good and the bad sides of life to fully engage and conflict with one another. We've never apologized for it either. They're about the good and bad sides- the edges tearing at each other, soft and hard, winning / losing, calling truce... Mostly about change.

Engaging
Strangely the voice cuts in like a percussion instrumentwhile your sax rides sweetly over the guitar and synth. Definitely a unique sound. I've dug that hole before and managed to climb out up to now.

Thanks. Pat and I thought about adding drums but we must have picked up on what you are talking about and only considered it for maybe 5 seconds. I’ve heard the phrase a lot lately about stop digging the hole. I can definitely relate with you.

If You Can Hang On
Wonderfully atmospheric. I was really surprised how well your sweet sax work blended in so seamlessly with Pat's 3 string guitar, Andy. Good song. The fleshed out ending is a treat. Thanks, guys. Liked this a lot.

Couple more listens....
Sax is a beauty... as always. Two nits you will have a hard time fixing.... Pat's voice is pretty distinctive and listenable but he likes to hide it. His lyrics, while usually stream of thought, really should be included (lots of luck with that). Good and interesting track.

Good points you make here. This mean Patrick sings all the time then. I could type out the lyrics but I got lazy.
Thank you for your support and continued friendship.

Thanks..

"There must be some kind of way out of here,"
Said the joker to the thief,
"There's too much confusion.
I can't get no relief.

Businessmen – they drink my wine,
Plowmen dig my earth.
None will level on the line,
Nobody of it is worth.

Sorry I'm so late...
Sadly, I don't get a lot of online time these days.

Raw and real. Only wish the vox was a little more forward in the mix.

Nice jam guys!
