Misty Morning, Early Springtime

Description
What started as a simple demo turned into something else when my friend Lindsey got her hands on it. (worth listening to for the sublime penny whistle solo alone. She added some lovely vocal as well. I'm blessed to have friends like this)

Lots to like in this tune Paul.In fact as it progresses I like it more and more!. For my ears it would have been nice to have the female backing vocals a bit higher in the mix.A definite download.Thanks. Is your surname Amesbury or is that where you are from? ( says an ex Wiltshire lad from Salisbury!)

Amesbury
Hi HS.. Amesbury is my surname, though we have no familial thinks to the town. We haven't been able to trace our family back very far so it's unclear were the name comes from.. Nice place though, handy for Stone Henge! Re the Mix... I'll probaly have a go at recording it again, see if can do a better job of my bits to match the quality of Lindsays. Cheers P

Hi KC
Thanks for listening and taking the time to comment. Yep that's a bit of mandolin, originally there was a mandolin and guitar break but Lindsay sole the show with the whistle.

Old School Feeling
Nicely done, Paul & Lindsey. It's a breezy and refreshing song and the vocals are well done. As noted, the mix could use a boost in the harmonies and in the strings. ;)
